How to describe “Being Erica,” a Canadian import available on Hulu? Part “Gilmore Girls” and “Drop Dead Diva,” a hybrid sitcom/soap and the equivalent of a good chick lit paperback. The first two seasons worth of episodes are available for free on Hulu, with Season 3 just commencing. I can’t see many men sitting through this show, but it might be just the ticket for those hot chocolate and fuzzy slipper days or evenings.
